Life at The Leat

  • ​Choose your type of apartment and simply click the ‘Reserve now’ button and follow the instructions. If you have any difficulty, please call our friendly letting team who will be happy to help.

  • Yes, we are very happy to have couple sharing our apartments and all have double beds. All we ask is a small additional charge of £70 per week.

  • ​Yes of course, simply send us an enquiry via our online enquiry form, and one of our team will be in touch to confirm a viewing appointment, or call them on +44 (0)7432 059295.

  • ​We ask for a small 1 week rent deposit as a holding fee. We will then prepare your tenancy agreement for you and your guarantor to review and sign, and then ask you pay the balance of your security deposit which is calculated as 5 weeks rent. The deposit is held and protected by The Deposit Protection Service, and will be returned at the end of your tenancy if your apartment is returned clean and undamaged.

  • ​Sorry no, The Leat is a car free development. We can arrange drop off/and collection parking on arrival/departure. Contact our lettings team to arrange.

  • ​Yes, we have an on site laundry room with washing machine and dryer, which are paid for through the Circuit Laundry Plus App, which can be downloaded from Apple or Google play.

  • We do allow small well behaved pets in our apartments with outdoor terraces. Please contact our letting scheme who will help you choose one of these.
